JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define performance metrics, KPIs, and success frameworks for events and activations.
  • Define performance metrics, KPIs, and success frameworks for events and activations.
  • Develop measurement plans for pre-event, live event, and post-event stages.
  • Monitor real-time performance of events and activations (footfall, engagement, conversions, leads, sales uplift, etc.).
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data from on-ground, digital, and hybrid activations.
  • Create post-event reports with insights, learnings.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across events.
  • Recommend changes to formats, locations, staffing, messaging, and execution to improve performance.
  • Benchmark performance across events, cities, and campaigns.
  • Work closely with event managers, activation teams, creative, digital, reporting team and agency partners.
  • Ensure teams understand performance goals and reporting requirements.
  • Present performance insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Design dashboards and standardized reporting formats.
  • Manage data collection tools (surveys, QR scans, lead forms, CRM integrations, tracking tools).
  • Track cost vs performance for events and activations.
  • Evaluate ROI and cost-effectiveness of different activation formats.
  • Support budget optimization through performance insights.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 or 5 years of experience in event management, brand activations, marketing performance, or analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • Knowledge in BI & reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker – preferred).
  • Experience in managing large-scale or multi-city events is a plus.
  • Understanding of events, brand activations, experiential marketing, and on-ground campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
