Job Summary

The Miniapps Manager is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the Miniapps segment within the organization. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to increase market share.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the Miniapps industry
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the Miniapps market
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling business proposals and presentations to attract new clients and partnerships
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on business development activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and making adjustments as needed
  • Brand Advocacy: Promote the Miniapps brand through various channels, including social media, industry publications, and events

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the tech industry:
    A). Having good organizational and time management skills
    B). Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in fast-paced environment
    C). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans
    D). Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
