JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, on-ground activations, partnerships, and events to support the bank’s business objectives.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives to promote the bank’s products and services, drive customer acquisition, and strengthen brand engagement.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Digital, and Customer Experience teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with product offerings and deliver a consistent customer journey.
- Support the development of product value propositions, marketing messages, and promotional campaigns tailored to target customer segments.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring effective execution across multiple marketing channels.
- Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to support joint marketing activities, partnerships, and brand visibility initiatives.
- Conduct market research and customer analysis to understand customer behaviors, preferences, and market opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs and analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer expectations, digital banking developments, and competitor activities within the financial services industry.
- Support initiatives that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, brand activation, or a related role.
- Experience in marketing campaigns, event execution, or digital marketing activities is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of financial services or banking products is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals, including campaign planning, branding, and customer engagement.
- Good communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Professional work attitude with the ability to support on-site marketing activities and events when required.
