Job Summary

The role is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing Treasury technology product requirements to ensure that treasury systems effectively support the Bank’s trading, liquidity management, securities, and funding activities. This role acts as the key interface between Treasury business users and technology teams, ensuring that treasury systems evolve in line with business needs, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as the primary business representative for treasury systems and technology initiatives.
Define and maintain the product roadmap for treasury technology platforms.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Treasury teams including front, middle, and back-office users.
Translate treasury business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
Prioritize product backlog items based on business value, operational risk, and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with Technology teams to ensure system features are delivered according to business expectations.
Participate in system testing activities including UAT validation and functional verification.
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Ensure treasury systems support regulatory requirements, reporting obligations, and operational controls.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to treasury users to ensure effective utilization of treasury platforms.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3+ years of experience in treasury operations, treasury systems, or financial product management.
Strong understanding of treasury business processes including FX, Money Market, liquidity management, and securities operations.
Experience in business analysis, product ownership, or system implementation projects.
Experience working with Agile or product management frameworks is an advantage.
Experience in banking or financial institutions is strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of treasury products and workflows.
Ability to translate business requirements into system functionality.'

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to coordinate effectively between business users, technology teams, and management

Good command of English, both written and spoken, sufficient for regulatory correspondence, audit support, and vendor communication.
