Techo Startup Center, with Wing Bank as the main sponsor, marked the successful completion of Cohort 4 of the Digital Platform Accelerator, a 12-week intensive program designed to equip emerging Cambodian startups with the tools, mentorship, and visibility needed to scale sustainably.

Throughout the program, the selected startups went through a comprehensive journey that included expert-led training sessions, hands-on technical workshops, and direct engagement with experienced mentors and potential investors. Wing Bank played a vital role at every stage—providing business expertise, personalized mentorship, and valuable feedback that helped the founders sharpen their business models and solutions.

Mr. Chiv Dara, Chief Financial Officer at Wing Bank, reaffirmed the Bank’s dedication to advancing local innovation: “These young founders are proving how technology can address Cambodia’s challenges in scalable, impactful ways. Their success reflects the depth of homegrown talent and aligns with Wing Bank’s mission to promote financial inclusion and digital growth for all. We are proud to contribute to a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem by helping startups access growth opportunities, funding, networks, and new markets. Programs like this accelerator lay a strong foundation for Cambodia’s digital future.”

The Digital Platform Accelerator is part of a long-standing partnership between Wing Bank and Techo Startup Center, which has spanned multiple impactful initiatives. These include the Reverse Innovation Program (Cohorts 1–4), the Digital SME Accelerator (2021), Turning Hackathon Cycle 6 (2024), the Vietnam Startup Ecosystem Connectivity Visit (2024), and earlier cohorts of the Digital Platform Accelerator in 2022 and 2023. Collectively, these programs have supported 160 startups and contributed to the creation of over 2,000 jobs.

This year’s accelerator drew 61 applications, from which 7 high-potential teams were shortlisted, and 5 were ultimately selected as top performers—demonstrating a shared commitment to fostering Cambodia’s digital economy through innovation and entrepreneurship.

Top-performing startups were honored at the ceremony for their innovation and market readiness:

  • First Place: Point Hub, a cross-platform, cloud-based point-of-sale system, received a grant of 40 million riels
  • Second Place: Espass, a mobile platform that simplifies overseas purchasing and delivery to Cambodia, received a grant of 30 million riels
  • Third Place: Digi-Lab, a digital STEM education platform, and BeOne HR, an HR software solution, each received a grant of 20 million riels
  • Honorable Mention: Bomnorng, a SaaS platform supporting landlords with rental management, received a grant of 10 million riels

In addition to the financial support, all five top-performing teams will also participate in a regional exhibition in Vietnam this August—providing greater exposure and networking opportunities on the international stage.

As Cambodia moves toward a more digital future, platforms like the Digital Platform Accelerator play a critical role in equipping entrepreneurs with the skills, confidence, and ecosystem support needed to drive sustainable innovation. Wing Bank and Techo Startup Center remain committed to building a resilient, inclusive startup ecosystem that reflects Cambodia’s aspirations on both regional and global stages.
