Phnom Penh: Starting 01 August 2016, Wing account holders can enjoy better benefits when using their accounts to send money or topping up! Wing account holders can now perform Wing Wei Luy (sending money to people who do not have a Wing account) for as low as 2,400 Riels only! Aside from that, Wing account holders can get 4% cashback when they top up their mobile phones!

To apply for a Wing Account, just go to any Wing Cash Express and bring any identification document such as Cambodian ID card, passport, Cambodian driving license and Government Official Cards (Police/Army cards).
