Wing Bank (Cambodia) Plc. has been proudly awarded the Gold “One Enterprise as One Peaceful Community” Award, a national recognition of its sustained efforts to promote a safe and harmonious workplace, marking a significant upgrade from Silver in 2025.
The award was presented by Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia during the 140th International Labor Day celebration, organized by the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training at the Koh Pich Convention and Exhibition Center.
Gold recognition reflects Wing Banks’ sustained progress in fostering a workplace culture root in safety, inclusion and employee well-being demonstrating that responsible employment and business growth can move forward together.

Initiated by the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, the “One Enterprise as One Peaceful Community” campaign evaluates workplaces across Cambodia against eight compliance criteria, including fair labour conditions, occupational safety and health, National Social Security Fund compliance, positive industrial relations, productivity enhancement, corporate social responsibility, and inclusive employment practices for youth and people with disabilities.
Receiving the award for the second consecutive year of national recognition underscores Wing Bank’s continuous improvement journey and long‑term investment in its people.
In 2025, Wing Bank expanded its workforce by approximately 87% reflecting strong business growth while maintaining strong focus on employee development. The bank continues to nurture future talent through initiatives such as the Young Winger Development Program, which has supported more than 150 Cambodian youth in transitioning from education into meaningful full-time careers.
