Wing Bank Expands to GDT Tower

PHNOM PENH, 25   February 2026 – Wing Bank has officially inaugurated its newest branch inside the GDT Tower complex, bringing comprehensive banking services to the heart of Chrouy Changvar—one of Phnom Penh’s fastest‑developing districts.

The inauguration ceremony was presided over by H.E. Kong Vibol, Minister Attached to the Prime Minister and Royal Government Delegate in charge as Director General of the General Department of Taxation. 

Also in attendance were Neak Oknha Kith Meng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wing Bank and Chairman & CEO of the Royal Group of Companies, and Lok Chumteav Neak Oknha Mao Chamnan, Vice‑Chairwoman of the Royal Group of Companies and President of the Khmer Artists Association, along with other distinguished guests.

Located on the second floor of the modern GDT Tower—a mixed‑use complex featuring offices, retail spaces, and extensive business facilities—the new Wing Bank branch is designed to support the growing financial needs of residents, businesses, and government institutions across Chrouy Changvar.

Open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the new branch offers a full suite of financial services, including business loans starting at 7.5% annually and savings accounts offering up to 3% interest per year. Customers can also enjoy first‑year annual fee waivers for Wing Bank Mastercard One Card, Visa Debit, and Visa Credit Cards. 

In addition, the branch facilitates zero‑fee tax payments and supports local and international transfers, utility bill payments, and a wide range of everyday financial transactions.

To enhance convenience, the branch features a modern self‑banking zone equipped with ATMs and cash deposit machines, complemented by generous parking facilities within the GDT Tower complex.

This new branch further expands Wing Bank’s nationwide reach, supported by nearly 30 branches, over 12,000 Wing Bank Agents, almost 200 Wing Master Agents, and a mobile app offering more than 100 financial solutions.

Wing Bank reported strong performance last year, posting a 30.20% increase in revenue. The bank also saw loan distribution climb by 76.50%, while customer deposits rose by 57.45%, pointing to broader uptake of the bank’s financial services.

Chrouy Changvar has rapidly evolved into a key commercial, residential, and institutional extension of Phnom Penh. The district hosts universities, convention and sporting facilities, and several major government offices, including the GDT Tower itself.
