Wing Bank, one of Cambodia’s fastest-growing digital banks, has officially inaugurated its newest branch in Pursat City, furthering its mission to provide accessible and innovative banking solutions to communities across Cambodia. The new branch, strategically located in the heart of Pursat City, offers a full range of banking services to meet the growing financial needs of individuals, businesses, and the broader community.

The grand opening ceremony was attended by several distinguished guests, including H.E. Khoy Rida, Governor of Pursat Province; Mr. Seng Phalla, Branch Manager of the National Bank of Cambodia in Pursat Province; and H.E. Keo Rottanak, Minister of Mines and Energy and Chairman of the Royal Government Working Group Assisting Pursat Province.

Also present were Neak Oknha Kith Meng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wing Bank and CEO of the Royal Group of Companies, and Lok Chumteav Neak Oknha Mao Chamnan, Chief Operating Officer of Wing Bank and Vice-Chairwoman of the Royal Group of Companies.

“At Wing Bank, we are committed to addressing the financial needs of communities across Cambodia,” said Dmytro Kolechko, representative of Wing Bank. “The opening of our Pursat branch is a clear demonstration of that commitment, offering accessible, innovative solutions that empower individuals, businesses, and the local community to thrive.”

Located along National Road Number 5, just 150 meters from Pursat Bridge, this new branch marks Wing Bank’s 23rd office, further expanding the bank’s national footprint. It complements Wing Bank’s vast network of over 11,000 agents across Cambodia, creating a robust, dual-channel approach. By combining physical branches with an extensive agent network, Wing Bank ensures its services are accessible to communities, even in the most remote areas of the country.

“Opening this new branch in Pursat is a testament to our continued expansion and dedication to financial inclusion across Cambodia,” added Kolechko. “By bringing accessible banking services and digital solutions closer to the community, we are supporting the growth of individuals and businesses in this vibrant province.”

Wing Bank’s expansion into Pursat, along with its network of over 11,000 agents, reinforces its position as a leader in Cambodia’s digital banking sector. The new branch, supported by this vast agent network, will provide essential services and digital tools that will help local businesses thrive and individuals achieve their financial goals.

“We are excited to serve the Pursat community and offer new opportunities for financial empowerment,” Kolechko concluded. “With this new branch, we are strengthening our role as a trusted financial partner, helping to shape the future of banking in Cambodia.”
