Wing Bank, one of Cambodia’s fastest-growing digital banks, has officially opened a new branch in Ratanakiri province, reinforcing its commitment to expanding access to modern and affordable financial services for communities across the Kingdom—especially in rural and remote areas.
The inauguration ceremony was graced by H.E. Bun Heng, Chairman of the Ratanakiri Provincial Council, H.E. Nhem Samoeun, Governor of Ratanakiri Province, and Mr. Hem Sovannara, Director of the National Bank of Cambodia, Ratanakiri Provincial Branch and representative of Her Excellency Dr. Chea Serey, Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia.
Also in attendance were Neak Oknha Kith Meng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wing Bank and Chairman & CEO of the Royal Group of Companies; Lok Chumteav Neak Oknha Mao Chamnan, Vice-Chairwoman of the Royal Group of Companies, and President of the Khmer Artists Association, along with other distinguished guests and local authorities.
