How to get the DragonPass ID (DPID)
- For New Customer: Your DragonPass form will be attached to the card packaging.
- For Existing Customers: Wing Bank will automatically renew your entitlement.
- Activation: Cardholders must activate their DPID via តហេDragonPass App before use.
How to Activate Your DPID on DragonPass App

- Tap on the link:
- Tap “Create Account” for first-time activation.
- Input your email address and click on “Continue”.
- Set a password with 12 characters long “Continue”.
- Enter the 6-digit Verification Code sent to your registered email.
- Enter your Full Name exactly as it appears in your passport, “First Name, Last Name”, click continue.
- Confirm your name and click “Continue”
- Once your account is created, click “continue”.
- Select “Yes-I have a Membership ID and Activation Code”.
- Input DPID 16-digits and your 4-digit Activation Code,
- Tap on Activate Membership (Let’s go). You’re all set!
Terms & Conditions
- Lounge access is available to both primary and supplementary cardholders who possess a Wing Bank credit card.
- To gain entry, you must present your DragonPass QR code, a valid boarding pass, your passport, and your physical card (or the Wing Bank App) for identify verification.
- You will receive only one membership number, even if you hold multiple Wing Bank cards.
- Expired, lost, stolen, or closed cards are not eligible for lounge entry.
- Children under 2 years old may access selected lounges free of charge if accompanied by an eligible cardholder (subject to specific lounge policies).
- Your membership ID remains valid for one year from the date of registration.
- Airport lounges reserve the right to deny entry if a cardholder fails to present the required documentation.
