In its third year of support, Wing Bank continues to empower the Digital Platform Accelerator, nurturing the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Wing Bank (Cambodia) Plc has joined forces with Techo Startup Center to support the Digital Platform Accelerator Cohort 4, furthering its commitment to driving digital innovation and entrepreneurship in Cambodia.

H.E. Dr. Taing Ngounly, Executive Director of Techo Startup Center, said, “With Wing Bank’s support, this program offers a crucial platform for young entrepreneurs to develop digital solutions for B2B, B2C, and B2G markets, driving both Cambodia’s tech sector and its economic growth.”

The 12-week Digital Platform Accelerator program, organized by Techo Startup Center with support from the Ministry of Economy and Finance, is designed to empower startups across various sectors by providing participants with expert training, mentorship, and networking opportunities to drive their growth.

The program was launched on March 27, 2024, following a nationwide call that attracted 61 startup applications. Of those, only 10 teams have been selected to advance to the next phase. These teams will focus on developing market-driven solutions to support small, and medium enterprises.

“This partnership aligns with our mission to improve the daily lives of Cambodians through innovative financial and digital solutions,” said Mr. Bunthe Hor, Deputy CEO of Wing Bank.

“We look forward to continuing our work with Techo Startup Center to accelerate Cambodia’s digital transformation,” he added.

Wing Bank’s long-standing commitment to fostering innovation is evident in its ongoing collaboration with the Techo Startup Center. Over the years, the partnership has supported several initiatives, including the Reverse Innovation Program (Cohorts 1 to 4), the Digital SME Accelerator Program (2021), the Turning Hackathon, the Vietnam Startup Ecosystem Connectivity Visit, and the Digital Platform Accelerator in 2022, 2023, and 2025.

To date, there are over 160 startups in the country, contributing to the creation of approximately 2,000 jobs. This partnership represents a key step forward in Cambodia’s digital transformation, helping to empower entrepreneurs and sustain economic growth.
