November 10, 2025Over 5,000 visitors showed interest in finance and banking careers at Wing Bank
Thousands of visitors flocked to the booth of Wing Bank, a Cambodian-owned bank, during the two-day National Career and Productivity Fair 2025. The event was organized by the National Employment Agency (NEA) under the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training (MLVT).
Wing Bank welcomed over 5,000 young Cambodians to its booth, where many expressed strong interests in careers in the finance and banking sector.
“The energy and enthusiasm we saw at this year’s Career Fair were truly inspiring. It’s clear that young Cambodians are ready to take charge of their future,” said Taing Kaing, Talent & Employee Services Director, at Wing Bank.
“We’re honored to be part of this national event, helping connect passionate individuals with real opportunities to grow, lead, and make a difference in their communities.”
As one of the leading digital banks in Cambodia, Wing Bank has grown steadily since receiving its commercial banking license in late 2020. According to the National Bank’s 2024 report, Wing Bank was ranked 6th in terms of total assets and total deposits.
Currently, Wing Bank employs over 4,500 people at its nearly 30 branches nationwide, along with 12,000 agents who help serve customers in all corners of Cambodia. As Wing Bank continues to expand its services, it plans to hire nearly 3,000 more employees.
To support young job seekers, Wing Bank launched the Young Winger Development Program last year. This program offers four to six months of intensive training, hands-on experience, and personal development. It helps young Cambodians gain practical banking knowledge and important soft skills to prepare for future careers.
In addition to training, the bank provides financial and welfare support—including monthly allowances, health and accident insurance, and accommodation—so students can focus fully on building their skills and confidence. Those who show strong performance and potential have a real chance to get full-time jobs at Wing Bank after completing the program.
So far, 102 students have completed internships at Wing Bank, and 85 of them have moved into full-time roles. Women make up 25% of the participants, showing the bank’s commitment to inclusive growth and gender diversity.
