JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hire, lead and manage a cross-functional engineering team responsible for CMDB and AMS development.
- Define and execute the roadmap for asset management and access governance aligned with IT and business strategy.
- Act as a key stakeholder between IT, Security, HR, Compliance, and Business units.
CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- Own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the CMDB platform.
- Ensure accurate and automated discovery, onboarding, and lifecycle management of Configuration Items (CIs).
- Define CI data models, relationships, and ownership structure.
- Integrate CMDB with key systems (e.g., monitoring tools, cloud platforms, ITSM tools).
- Enable cost allocation, service mapping, and impact analysis through CMDB data.
Access Management System (AMS)
- Lead development of centralized Access Management System with focus on automation and security.
- Implement:
- Automated account provisioning (Joiner process) / Automated de-provisioning (Leaver process)
- Role-based / attribute-based access control (RBAC / ABAC)
- Periodic automatic access recertification
- Integrate AMS with HR systems, identity providers and critical business applications.
- Ensure enforcement of least privilege principle across all systems.
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity to align with security policies and audit requirements.
Automation & Process Optimization
- Drive automation of manual IT processes related to asset tracking and access provisioning.
- Reduce operational risks by eliminating human errors in access and asset management.
- Improve efficiency and reduce time-to-provision and time-to-revoke access.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in IT, with at least 2-3 years in leadership roles.
- Experience in banking, fintech, or regulated environments is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of:
- ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
- CMDB architecture and service mapping
- IAM concepts (RBAC, ABAC, SSO, provisioning)
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- ITSM platforms (e.g., Jira Service Management, ServiceNow)
- Identity providers (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID)
- Integration tools / APIs
- Knowledge of cloud environments and hybrid infrastructure.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- English level B1+ (speaking and writing)
