JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with merchants and business partners.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partners to expand Hook and BNPL distribution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular partner meetings, site visits, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with partners to plan and execute joint marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Track partner sales performance and recommend strategies for growth.
  • Monitor partner-driven transactions and revenue to ensure targets are met.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with new and existing partners.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams to finalize agreements.
  • Ensure agreements are executed according to bank policies and internal procedures.
  • Provide guidance to partners on regulatory and policy requirements.
  • Report non-compliance issues and work with relevant teams for corrective action.
  • Gather feedback from partners on product usability and market needs.
  • Recommend enhancements or new product features based on partner insights.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5 years in partnerships, business development, or sales management.
  • Proven experience managing merchant or partner relationships.
  • Experience in negotiating agreements and driving partner-led business growth.
  • Relationship-oriented and results-driven.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
  • Professional appearance suitable for corporate and partner meetings.
