JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage innovative Agro lending products tailored to farmers’ needs.
  • Conduct research on agricultural and rural markets to identify customer financing needs.
  • Develop new Agro loan products and enhance existing ones to meet customer and business needs.
  • Define product features, pricing, and lending criteria in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive portfolio growth through effective product positioning and customer acquisition.
  • Plan and execute strategies to increase Agro loan portfolio and customer base.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales teams to design and implement acquisition campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio growth trends and identify improvement areas.
  • Track and review Agro portfolio performance, including disbursement, repayment, and PAR.
  • Identify potential credit risks and coordinate with Credit and Risk teams for mitigation.
  • Recommend adjustments to product policy or process to maintain portfolio quality.
  • Engage with farmers, cooperatives, and partners to gather product feedback.
  • Strengthen partnerships with agricultural suppliers and associations to increase adoption.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely rollout of Agro product initiatives.
  • Manage implementation timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for product projects.
  • Develop regular performance reports and present findings to management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5 years in lending product management, preferably Agro or SME segment.
  • Experience in market research, credit product design, and loan performance monitoring.
  • Proven record of collaborating with cross-functional teams (Credit, Risk, Operations, Marketing).
  • Familiarity with agricultural value chains and rural financing challenges.
  • Agricultural finance and rural market dynamics
  • Product lifecycle management and pricing strategy.
  • Credit risk and portfolio monitoring principles.
  • Data analytics and performance tracking tools (Excel, PowerPoint, dashboarding tools).
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Professional presentation suitable for field and office environments.
  • Physically fit to travel to rural areas for field research or partner meetings.
