JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with insurance partners to design standalone and tie-in bancassurance products.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive products.
- Define product features, pricing, and commission structures aligned with business goals.
- Maintain product documentation, process flows, and business requirement specifications.
- Work with branch teams to implement product awareness, training, and sales enablement.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to drive sales.
- Monitor adoption trends and recommend strategies to increase penetration.
- Review product documentation and ensure alignment with local insurance regulations.
- Update process manuals and training materials for staff and partners.
- Track revenue, commission, and performance metrics for each product.
- Analyze product performance and recommend feature adjustments or new opportunities.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage bancassurance product initiatives and feature releases.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years in product management, bancassurance, or insurance partnership roles.
- Experience in designing, launching, or managing insurance-linked banking products.
- Experience collaborating with insurance partners, IT, Risk, Finance, and Marketing teams.
- Knowledge in Bancassurance product design, insurance regulations, and banking sales processes.
- Product lifecycle management and revenue optimization.
- Customer journey mapping for insurance products.
- Analytical, business-oriented, and results-driven.
- Adaptable to fast-paced product development and regulatory changes.
- Professional appearance suitable for corporate and partner meetings.
