JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and develop reusable automated test cases using code-less automation platforms. 
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across mobile apps (iOS/Android), web applications, and POS terminals. 
  • Maintain and enhance existing test automation scripts. 
  • Collaborate with QA analysts, developers, and business teams to understand application features and requirements. 
  • Ensure test coverage aligns with product requirements and user scenarios. 
  • Execute automated test suites and integrate with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins) 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools. 
  • Support test execution for releases, hotfixes, and change requests in various environments (UAT, Staging, Production). 
  • Generate and maintain documentation such as test plans, test scripts, and test reports.
  • Prepare and share test result reports with QA Lead and project stakeholders 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • 1–3 years of experience in QA, with hands-on exposure to automation testing. 
  • Experience using code-less automation tools (e.g., Katalon Studio, TestProject, Tosca, or similar). 
  • Knowledge of testing techniques for mobile apps, web platforms, and POS systems. 
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar). 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
