Job Summary
The Call Center Consultant will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving inquiries efficiently.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving call from customer and provide product and service to customer
- Solving complaint from Customer with any situation
- Logging customer case or complaint to dispute team and doing (first Call to customer to dealing case)
- Case follows up with dispute and customer support team (when the case is reached)
- Doing bind/unbind for WCX when the call and email form regional is in place (feedback email to regional when the request is done)
- Respond to unblock customer account and re-Pin generate for customer
- Respond to unbind customer & WCX app user
- Respond to closed account for customer
- Email request for cash withdrawal when customer request
- Tracking and record referral lead for cooperate partner
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor, preferably in Business Administration or Foreign language, Engineering or IT
- 1 Years or more proven working experience at customer service dept. for telecom or banking industry.
- Familiarity in AVAYA / CMS systems.
- Customer service orientated.
- Understand well about call centre flat form
- Good communication skill and consultant
- High responsibilities
