JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee cash sorting, counting, and processing for accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage staff workflow and schedules to meet operational goals.
- Ensure timely cash transfers and accurate bulk deposits to the national bank.
- Implement and enforce security protocols to minimize risks.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor cash flow trends, investigate discrepancies, and report issues.
- Train and mentor staff on cash management procedures and security practices.
- Collaborate with branches and SST personnel to resolve cash-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of cash activities.
- Prepare and submit reports on operations, discrepancies, and compliance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cash management or related operations (supervisory experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in cash handling procedures and security protocols.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
