Job Summary

The CX Information & Training Specialist is responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining training programs and knowledge resources to ensure that customer-facing teams provide exceptional service. This role ensures that employees are equipped with the necessary skills, tools, and information to meet customer needs effectively and consistently.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To provide training of Wing Product & Services to new CX employees. 
  • To Measure how well new employees are applying the skills learned during training through random check with participants and feedback with detail comments in feedback list to share to line managers 
  • To provide post quiz after each training session with proper timeline to measure how well employees understand the products / services. 
  • To make and provide plaining of refreshment for improvement for CX team as part of Product knowledge, quality assurance and resources utilization as well as if requested from CX leaders. 
  • To do check list as part of product / service / project awareness and readiness before launching date 
  • To provide training on product / service / project update or enhancement from other business units to the CX leaders / team if required. 
  • To provide quiz to CX team in term of new products / services / projects / promotion to ensure that they are ready prior launching date if required.  
  • To upload all new products / services / project into Wing University and ensure it is up to date 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communication, or related field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • 2-3 years' experience with Trainer or Customer services. 
  • Proficiency verbal written communication both English and Khmer
  • Business understanding: Call Centre Flat form, financial bank system. 
  • Knowledge of customer experience principles and metrics.
  • Have technique to training.
