JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead a responsive team to provide friendly and accurate answer to customer query on digital channels (Facebook, IVR, Chatbot etc) by using excellent customer service skills.
• Develop responsive service script for post /services launch on digital channels.
• Monitor activities that posted on Wing Facebook and provide flexible respond to customer needs based on approved script and SOP.
• Provide post launch report / analytical report as required by managements
• Participate / propose to enhance existing and future digital channels (Facebook, IVR, Chatbot etc.)
• Evaluate and drive responsive team to provide desired services.
• Coordinate with cross departments to moderate customer response to hand complaints and refer customers to appropriate channels of action.
• Performs tasks as requested by supervisor efficiently and follow processes
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Engineering, or IT.
• English proficiency is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a customer service representative is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Khmer.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
