JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain endpoint management solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Service Manage Engine)
  • Implement and optimize automated device deployment (e.g., Autopilot, zero-touch enrollment).
  • Develop and maintain compliance policies, configuration baselines, and security hardening standards.
  • Ensure endpoint security integration with tools for Endpoint and MDM/MAM controls.
  • Automate routine operations (patching, software deployment, compliance checks) to reduce manual effort.
  • Monitor endpoint health, performance, and compliance; proactively resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams to enforce security policies and standards.
  • Support incident response and troubleshooting for endpoint-related issues.
  • Control maintain accurate endpoint inventory and integration with CMDB.
  • Provide technical guidance and L3 support for IT Help Desk.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years in endpoint management / workplace engineering
  • Strong experience with:
    • Windows 11, macOS
    • Mobile platforms: iOS, Android
    • MDM/UEM solutions (Intune, Jamf, etc.)
    • Cloud desktop solutions (VDI / VDI)
  • Experience with identity integration (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID)
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Device compliance policies and security baselines
    • Patch management and software distribution
  • Endpoint hardening and security controls
  • Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash)
  • Understanding of enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements (banking/fintech is a plus)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Zero Trust architecture
  • Knowledge of DLP, EDR/XDR solutions
  • Experience integrating endpoint data with CMDB systems
  • Familiarity with tools like Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Ability to drive automation and process improvements
  • Good communication skills for cross-team collaboration
  • Ownership mindset and focus on operational efficiency
  • English level B1+ (speaking and writing)
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
