Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and detail‑oriented Escrow Agent Supervisor to oversee escrow services, ensure full regulatory compliance, and deliver excellent customer service. This role plays a key part in managing escrow agreements, coordinating with stakeholders, and serving as the main contact with the Trust Regulator.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform and administer escrow agreements in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Engage with customers to assess their eligibility and conditions for using escrow services.
  • Review, verify, and approve conditions for the release of escrow funds.
  • Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers to ensure smooth execution of escrow transactions.
  • Notify the Trust Regulator on the validity of escrow services, including continuation or termination.
  • Submit required documents and register escrow funds with the Trust Regulator on behalf of customers.
  • Prepare and submit accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the Trust Regulator.
  • Supervise daily escrow operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and service quality.
  • Maintain complete and well‑organized documentation to support audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Identify operational risks and recommend process improvements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in escrow service, trust operations, banking, or financial services.
  • Supervisory or team‑leading experience is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of escrow agreements, trust regulations, and regulatory reporting.
  • Experience dealing with regulators or submitting regulatory reports is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict regulatory deadlines.
  • Proficient in banking systems and documentation processes.
