JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and oversee strategic product and project implementation across the bank.
  • Provide leadership and direction for all strategic product and project initiatives.
  • Approve project charters, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Oversee progress tracking, milestone achievement, and quality assurance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery standards.
  • Ensure timely delivery and cross-functional collaboration across units.
  • Ensure alignment of strategic products with business goals and market needs.
  • Translate corporate and divisional strategy into product and project roadmaps.
  • Oversee market and customer research for new strategic opportunities.
  • Evaluate business cases for new products and prioritize based on value.
  • Establish performance metrics for product ROI, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
  • Review quarterly performance dashboards and recommend course corrections.
  • Present strategic reports and insights to EXCO and management committee.
  • Ensure customer outcomes and market value align with the bank’s mission.
  • Build strong collaboration frameworks with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain alignment with the bank’s digital transformation roadmap.
  • Establish governance standards and approval protocols for product lifecycle.
  • Ensure all strategic products comply with regulatory and audit requirements.
  • Drive process standardization and documentation across all initiatives.
  • Lead regular reviews with Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 7–10 years of experience in strategic product management, banking, or project governance.
  • Proven leadership in managing multi-disciplinary product teams.
  • Experience in driving transformation and digital product strategy.
  • Strong background in managing senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Strategic product management and enterprise project governance.
  • Banking operations, market dynamics, and customer value creation.
  • Business performance analysis and portfolio optimization.
  • Regulatory and compliance frameworks in financial products.
  • Visionary, decisive, and strategically minded.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional influence skills.
  • Professional and executive presence for internal and external engagements.
  • Excellent stamina for managing demanding workloads and strategic meetings.
