JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define value proposition for business customers to increase deposits & overall balances through all products, i.e. CASA, TD, SFG & More.
- Lead acquisition campaigns to align with each segments' needs.
- Propose liability products for merchant bundled packages.
- Define value proposition for business customers to increase payment & collection transactions.
- Oversee activities to promote merchant QR product suites.
- Review customer journey & initiate digitized payment & collection solutions to reduce frictions in offered platforms.
- Work across different product owners to initiate various transactional banking promotions to business banking customers.
- Maximize communication channels to boost business banking customers' awareness & adoption.
- Monitor, evaluate and adjust offerings to merchants.
- Foresee & coordinate with relevant stakeholders to monitor & execute merchant acquisition, partnership & churn reduction.
- Collaborate with partners to enhance the bank’s payment ecosystem and digital onboarding.
- Oversee monthly review conducting to maximize customer NPS.
- Work closely with Merchant product owners & Customer experience team to review & monitor merchant inquiries, complaint & issue resolution.
- Work with data and research teams to identify gaps and opportunities in the market as well as keep up-to-date competitor activity review.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3-5 years in Business banking management, merchant management or related fields.
- Exposure to merchant ecosystems, payment & collection solution and asset & liability management.
- Proven track record of running acquisition/retention/win-back campaigns - merchant related is a plus.
- Proven ability to analyze markets, identify opportunities & deliver tailored solutions.
- Customer segmentation & Product knowledge.
- Product lifecycle & user experience concepts.
- Product go-to-market strategy, data analytics & Performance management.
- Initiative and Ownership.
- Professional appearance suitable for corporate environment.
