Job Summary

The Merchant Management Manager is responsible for acquiring and managing strategic corporate merchants to support the company’s growth. This role evaluates merchant needs, presents suitable POS/QR/SoftPOS solutions, and oversees the end‑to‑end onboarding process, including eligibility checks and compliance requirements

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify potential corporate merchants aligned with business strategy
  • Analyze merchant category, transaction volume, industry suitability
  • Prepare and present product offerings, partnership model, and value proposition
  • Identify merchants that require POS acquiring services
  • Assess merchant eligibility, collect required KYC, and obtain compliance approval
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Identify low-performing merchants and go to visit to provide targeted solutions
  • Regularly follow up with merchants to resolve operational or technical issues
  • Identify merchants with irregular deposits and proactively engage them
  • Educate merchants on benefits: faster settlement, improved cash management, better financial visibility
  • Other Task assigned by Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
  • 5+ years iin merchant acquiring, POS/QR/SoftPOS, payments, or financial services
  • Understanding of banking products, merchant business , merchant acquisition
  • Managing merchant relationships, handling escalations, and resolving issues fast
  • Strategic mindset with ability to convert strategy into execution and measureable outcomes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
