Job Summary
The Merchant Management Manager is responsible for acquiring and managing strategic corporate merchants to support the company’s growth. This role evaluates merchant needs, presents suitable POS/QR/SoftPOS solutions, and oversees the end‑to‑end onboarding process, including eligibility checks and compliance requirements
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify potential corporate merchants aligned with business strategy
- Analyze merchant category, transaction volume, industry suitability
- Prepare and present product offerings, partnership model, and value proposition
- Identify merchants that require POS acquiring services
- Assess merchant eligibility, collect required KYC, and obtain compliance approval
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Identify low-performing merchants and go to visit to provide targeted solutions
- Regularly follow up with merchants to resolve operational or technical issues
- Identify merchants with irregular deposits and proactively engage them
- Educate merchants on benefits: faster settlement, improved cash management, better financial visibility
- Other Task assigned by Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
- 5+ years iin merchant acquiring, POS/QR/SoftPOS, payments, or financial services
- Understanding of banking products, merchant business , merchant acquisition
- Managing merchant relationships, handling escalations, and resolving issues fast
- Strategic mindset with ability to convert strategy into execution and measureable outcomes
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
