Assist on verification and escalation Merchant’s account KYC rejected and accepted status
Closely work with related department to ensure the SLA of Merchant account upgraded
Consolidate and escalated all Merchant’s issue to related department for solution provided
Adhere to process and policies throughout company and other duties assigned
Perform any other tasks assigned by line manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or related filed
Minimum 1 year experience as an operations officer, customer service or related skills
Understanding the products or services that the merchant is offering and how these align with customer expectations
Ability to communicate with other related stakeholders both internal and external
Be able to use English, Ms. Excel and Ms Office
