JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consolidate Report on Master list, less transaction and non-cooperation Merchant and Send to relevant Internal stakeholders
  • To work on master list of Merchant and outlet report generating
  • Check and follow up Merchant Letter Offer to Sales Team
  • Ensure the delivery timeline of POSM stock allocation to branches and offices including packaging
  • Daily update report Merchant’s account registration  
  • Assist on verification and escalation Merchant’s account KYC rejected and accepted status
  • Closely work with related department to ensure the SLA of Merchant account upgraded
  • Consolidate and escalated all Merchant’s issue to related department for solution provided
  • Adhere to process and policies throughout company and other duties assigned
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by line manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or related filed
  • Minimum 1 year experience as an operations officer, customer service or related skills
  • Understanding the products or services that the merchant is offering and how these align with customer expectations
  • Ability to communicate with other related stakeholders both internal and external
  • Be able to use English, Ms. Excel and Ms Office
