JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lease Management
• Manage the full lifecycle of office and branch leases, including negotiation, renewal, amendment, and termination.
• Maintain an accurate lease database with key terms, expiry dates, rental rates, and escalation clauses.
• Monitor lease expiry and proactively initiate renewal or relocation plans.
Financial & Cost Control
• Review rental invoices and ensure accuracy in accordance with lease agreements.
• Coordinate with Finance for timely rental payments, deposits, and related expenses.
• Support budgeting and cost optimization initiatives for leased properties.
Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure all lease agreements comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with Legal team on contract reviews, approvals, and documentation.
• Maintain proper filing of lease contracts, licenses, permits, and related documents.
Stakeholder Coordination
• Act as the main point of contact with landlords, agents, and property management companies.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Branch Management, Admin, Finance, Legal) on space requirements and lease matters.
• Support branch setup, relocation, renovation, and closure projects from a leasing perspective.
Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare regular reports on lease status, costs, expiries, and risks.
• Provide data and insights to management for decision-making and strategic planning
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate Management, Law, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in lease management, facilities management, or corporate administration
• Experience in managing multiple branch or office leases is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of lease contracts and property management practices.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
