JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, approach, and onboard potential partners (merchants, fintech, e-commerce platforms).
- Support preparation of partnership proposals and business cases.
- Coordinate with Legal and Compliance for contract drafting and review.
- Maintain a partner database and track engagement performance.
- Support product integration and feature enablement with partner platforms.
- Monitor product performance, transactions, and partner activity reports.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for business expansion.
- Work with Marketing and Digital teams to launch joint campaigns.
- Assist in commercial discussions and contract negotiations.
- Track deliverables, SLAs, and performance milestones.
- Ensure documentation and approvals are completed accurately.
- Coordinate internally to resolve partner-related operational issues.
- Ensure all partnership processes comply with internal governance and NBC regulations.
- Maintain and update compliance documentation and audit records.
- Support internal and external audits related to partnerships.
- Conduct regular partner reviews and feedback sessions.
- Support events, trainings, or marketing collaboration with partners.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2–4 years in partnership management, business development, or product support.
- Experience working with merchants, fintech, or digital platforms.
- Proven track record in managing partner communications and campaigns.
- Partnership management, merchant acquisition, and relationship maintenance.
- BNPL, Hook product ecosystem, and digital payment platforms.
- Negotiation, business analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Banking compliance and NBC partnership regulations.
- Analytical and proactive in identifying opportunities.
- Professional appearance for external partner meetings.
- Good health to manage workload and travel for partnership visits.
