JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the JIRA Backlog and Vendor to ensure Phase 1 Deliver by Oct'26
  • Translate high-level business requirement into detail technical User Stories for the dev team
  • Coordinate with the DevOps and Dev Leads to ensure deployment (UAT/Prod) happen on schedule
  • Draft and finalize Procedure for the new IB System
  • Lead internal QA testing and UAT sessions
  • Triag defect with QA team and decide which must be fixed before demo
  • Conduct "Pre-Demo" validation to ensure the product is stable before presentation
  • First Line of Defense: act as the primary contact for inquires from business owner and Payroll team
  • Filter and resolve routine requests (e.g. how does this feature work? When is the next release?) so they don't get escalated
  • Escalte only strategic conflics or major resource request to the Head
  • Execute the User Migration Plan and New Payroll Employer sign up

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, Retro, Planning) to manage large virtual team
  • Sroing understaninf of FC, API integration and Payment Gateways
  • Advanced proficient in JIRA (for backlog management) and Confluence (for documentation)
  • Knowledge of Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN) to structure standard banking Procedure and BCD
  • 5-7 years in Digital Product Development or Business Analysis wihting Commercial Bank
  • Proven experience actiing as Product Owner for a sqaud of 10+ dev/QA
  • Strong porfolio of drafting BRD, User Manual and Procedure
  • Experience in system migration (e.g. Legacy to New Core) is highly prefered
  • A hands-on finisher who prefer writing tickets and testing bugs over sitting in high-level strategy meetings
  • Ability to catch logic errors in user stories before they reach the development team
  • Ability to handle L1 inquiries from business owner patiently without escalation
  • Capable of resolving 90% of spring blockers independently
  • Professional business attire sutiable for representing the Payroll & Corporate Transformation Office to internal HoD
  • high mental stamina to manage sprint and deadlines
