1 Support regulatory monitoring and analysis activities
1.1 Track new regulations, circulars, and regulatory announcements.
1.2 Conduct preliminary analysis on regulatory changes and requirements.
1.3 Prepare regulatory summaries and impact notes.
2 Assist regulatory compliance review and internal control assessments
2.1 Support regulatory compliance reviews of business processes.
2.2 Collect evidence and documentation for internal control assessments.
2.3 Document review findings and observations.
3 Support policy updates and regulatory documentation
3.1 Assist in updating policies and procedures based on regulatory changes.
3.2 Maintain regulatory documentation and version control.
3.3 Support process mapping and documentation updates.
4 Assist regulatory reporting preparation and coordination
4.1 Prepare draft regulatory reports and supporting schedules.
4.2 Coordinate data collection for regulatory submissions.
4.3 Maintain regulatory reporting trackers.
5 Support regulatory advisory and branch coordination
5.1 Support responses to regulatory queries and branch inquiries.
5.2 Assist in preparing regulatory guidance materials and FAQs.
5.3 Escalate identified regulatory concerns to Assistant Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Law, Banking or related field; master’s is a plus.
• 3 years of experience in Internal Audit, regulatory compliance, risk, or governance roles.
• Hands-on experience in regulatory compliance, policy review, and reporting support.
• Experience in regulatory interpretation and advisory.
