JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Ensure accurate and timely ALM analytics and reporting
1.1 Prepare ALM reports for ALCO, senior management, and regulatory authorities.
1.2 Validate data accuracy, assumptions, and calculations used in ALM reporting.
1.3 Maintain reporting schedules and ensure timely submission of required reports.
2 Ensure compliance with liquidity, interest rate risk, and capital adequacy requirements
2.1 Monitor compliance with liquidity ratios, interest rate risk limits, and capital metrics.
2.2 Track limit utilization and escalate potential breaches to ALM management.
2.3 Support updates and adherence to Liquidity and Market Risk Guidelines.
3 Strengthen ALM monitoring through dashboards and analytics tools
3.1 Design and maintain dashboards for liquidity, interest rate risk, and balance sheet indicators.
3.2 Develop analytical views to support trend analysis and management decision-making.
3.3 Ensure dashboard data consistency with source systems and ALM reports.
4 Support balance sheet risk assessment through stress testing and scenario analysis
4.1 Perform stress testing on market and liquidity rate risk exposures.
4.2 Analyze impacts of market movements and business assumptions on balance sheet risks.
4.3 Document methodologies, assumptions, and results for governance and review purposes.
5 Improve efficiency and accuracy of ALM reporting through automation
5.1 Enhance reporting processes using Excel automation, VBA, Power BI, or similar tools.
5.2 Reduce manual data preparation and reconciliation through standardized templates.
5.3 Collaborate with IT, Treasury, and Risk teams to improve data extraction and automation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields
- 2+ years' experience in ALM, Treasury, Risk Management, or Finance
- Experience preparing ALM, risk, or management reports
- Experience with data analysis and dashboard development
- Exposure to regulatory or internal risk reporting is an advantage
