Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and business scenarios.
Prepare process flow diagrams, workflow diagrams, BPMN diagrams, and user journey maps.
Prepare data mapping documents, integration requirement documents, and field definition documents.
Prepare UAT scenarios, test cases, test scripts, and expected results.
Prepare change request documents, training materials, user guides, SOPs, and support documents when required.
Ensure all documentation is clear, complete, structured, and understandable for both business and technical teams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of advanced experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, System Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Owner, or similar role.
Strong experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, functional documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience working on CRM, enterprise system, digital transformation, or system implementation projects.
Good understanding of CRM concepts, customer management, service requests, complaint handling, lead management, customer onboarding, and customer interaction tracking.
Ability to support BA work across multiple business domains, systems, and departments, not limited to CRM only.
Good technical understanding of system workflow, API integration, database fields, data mapping, validation rules, user roles, and access permissions.
Experience supporting UAT, system testing, defect management, and go-live support.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively with both business users and technical teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under project deadlines.
Strong experience with CRM systems is highly preferred.
Experience in the banking, financial services, microfinance, insurance, or fintech industry is a plus.
Experience with enterprise systems such as Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Odoo, or similar platforms is a plus.
Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
Experience with reporting, dashboard, BI, or data analysis requirements is a plus.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart, Figma, Balsamiq, or similar tools is an advantage.
Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, CRM, ERP, Project Management, or related certification is an advantage.
