Job Summary

To assist Head, Corporate Sales for credit origination including multinational company business, large corporate clients, new clients via sales & marketing strategy campaign and other activities to achieve the Bank’s target. To assist Head, Corporate Sales in planning, implementation, monitoring all sales & marketing activities including new product launching.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise the corporate sales team business activities by coordinating sales and marketing activities consistent with the established goals, objectives and policies.
  • Planning and implementing the sales & marketing business strategies / action plans. 
  • Providing leadership and coordinating all activities of the corporate sales team in accordance with the goals and objectives of the Bank to safeguard and grow the assets of the Bank to provide sound returns.   
  • Update the Management on market intelligence findings and information on product / services enhancement and all new business opportunities relating to the Bank’s business activities.
  • Developing a wide range of relationships and networks with the local and international financial institutions to position the Bank as a well-known and credible Bank throughout the industry.
  • Ensuring that the day-to-day sales & marketing activities of the corporate sales team are effectively and efficiently coordinated, implemented and conducted within the framework agreed by the Management.
  • Building and maintaining a high performance culture through effective performance management, communication and coaching of employees. 
  • Provide clear leadership and promote and foster a team culture consistent with the Bank values & manage the team’s business performance.
  • Compile, prepare and present the business development & marketing related reporting to management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree / diploma holder with 3 years related working experience in business development & marketing in banking / financial institution. 
  • Strong networking and customer oriented. 
  • Leadership & people management skill
  • Business oriented negotiation skill 
  • Problem solving & decision making skill
  • Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry):
  • Complex analytical & problem solving skills
