Job Summary
The Senior Product Development Specialist leads the end-to-end development and optimization of e-commerce products and platform features. This role bridges business
strategy, customer needs, and technology execution to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions that improve conversion, retention, and overall customer experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end product development from ideation to launch and optimization
- Define and manage product roadmap aligned with business and customer needs
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, data, marketing, and operations teams
- Drive optimization of e-commerce features including search, product listing, checkout, payments, promotions, and logistics
- Analyze user behavior and product performance to inform data-driven decisions
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate features to improve conversion, retention, and customer experience
- Monitor product KPIs and ensure continuous improvement post-launch
- Manage stakeholders and communicate product progress, risks, and outcomes
- Mentor junior team members and promote product development best practices
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in product development, product management, or related roles
- Strong experience with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or digital products
- Proven ability to deliver products from concept to scale
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to guide decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Experience with analytics tools (GA, Amplitude, SQL, etc.)
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
- Experience in marketplace, fintech, logistics, or omnichannel e-commerce
- Experience in regional or global e-commerce environments
