JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and update all product-related documents, including product charters, frameworks, policies, and procedures. Ensure these materials are accurate, standardized, and aligned with regulatory and organizational requirements.
  • Assist in planning and delivering training sessions for product owners and key stakeholders. Offer ongoing support to help them understand new product changes, documentation requirements, and process updates.
  • Work closely with multiple departments to follow up on decisions made by the product committee. Ensure that assigned action items are completed and that communication flows smoothly across teams.
  • Collect monthly data on product change, enhancement, and approval timelines. Conduct analysis to identify process bottlenecks, efficiency improvements, and overall cycle-time trends.
  • Develop survey objectives, questions, and target populations in collaboration with relevant teams. Lead the data-collection process and provide initial analysis of survey results to support decision making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to track the number of product rollbacks, reworks, and other quality-related issues. Use insights to highlight areas requiring process improvement or additional controls.
  • Coordinate with internal units to gather data on customer complaints, disputes, and fraud incidents for each product. Help map these issues to relevant products and provide insights to support product risk assessments and enhancements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years in product management, financial services, or banking.
  • Proven experience coordinating with Banking products.
  • Strong understanding of product financial metrics and reporting.
  • Quality tools (FMEA, root cause analysis), regulatory compliance, data analytics.
  • Market research and financial product competitiveness.
  • Product lifecycle management and performance tracking.
  • Governance framework (RACI, change management, corporate governance).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
