• Act as the primary business representative for treasury systems and technology initiatives 
• Lead and develop the Treasury Technology team (IT Tribe) 
• Define and execute the Treasury IT strategy in alignment with business objectives 
• Define, prioritize, and oversee the delivery of Treasury IT initiatives and projects 
• Own and maintain the product roadmap for treasury technology platforms 
• Translate treasury business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications 
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, operational risk, and regulatory requirements 

Collaborate closely with Technology teams to ensure solutions are delivered in line with business expectations and architectural standards

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT business analysis 
• Experience in banking or financial institutions is strongly preferred 
• Experience in product ownership and/or system implementation projects 
• Familiarity with Agile or product management frameworks is an advantage
