JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Incentive Programs
- Design, develop, and manage incentive programs that motivate and reward employees.
- Ensure incentive structures are competitive, compliant, and consistently applied in line with company policy and industry benchmarks.
- Calculate and process sales incentive payouts accurately and on time.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports to support program evaluation.
- Provide feedback on program effectiveness and support adjustments as directed.
- Recognition Programs
- Design and manage employee recognition initiatives to foster motivation and retention.
- Ensure recognition activities are implemented smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of recognition programs, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
- Monitor program execution and prepare reports to support continuous improvement.
- Insurance
- Propose suitable insurance coverage packages that meet employee needs and align with company standards.
- Coordinate with insurance providers to ensure new employees are promptly enrolled and departing employees are removed from coverage.
- Track insurance utilization and prepare regular reports to support HR and management review.
- Staff Loan Management
- Ensure all DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) confirmations are responded to promptly with accurate data.
- Monitor staff loan requests and collect feedback to support improvements as needed.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate smooth loan processing and compliance with company policy.
- Leave Management Policy
- Review, update, and enforce leave policies in line with labor law and organizational needs.
- Provide guidance to managers and staff on leave entitlements and procedures.
- Other Employee Benefits & Reporting
- Ensure employee benefits are proposed in line with industry benchmarks and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Review and update policies related to rewards and benefits.
- Communicate benefit information clearly to employees and address inquiries in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on compensation trends and program effectiveness.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, or related HR roles.
- Proven experience in managing sales incentive programs, benefit administration, and policy implementation.
- Experience working with insurance providers and managing employee enrollments/terminations.
- Prior experience in data analysis, payroll support, or financial calculations is an advantage.
- Experience preparing HR reports, dashboards, and presentations.
