JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all digital campaigns are properly set up, tracked, and launched smoothly across platforms.
- Set up campaigns, tracking links, conversion events, pixels, and attribution correctly before launch.
- Coordinate with internal teams and platforms to ensure smooth campaign launch and implementation.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve media efficiency and business results.
- Track daily campaign performance across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Analyze results and apply optimization actions to improve delivery, engagement, and conversion.
- Deliver accurate and actionable performance reporting for management and stakeholders
- Consolidate data from paid, organic, and internal platforms into clear performance reports.
- Prepare insights, recommendations, and presentation materials for campaign and management updates.
- Identify and resolve ad operation, tracking, and platform issues quickly to avoid campaign disruption.
- Troubleshoot campaign setup, tracking, reporting, and platform issues in a timely manner.
- Support continuous improvement through tools, automation, and data-driven recommendations.
- Explore new tools, platform features, and automation opportunities to improve team efficiency.
- Translate data findings into practical recommendations for campaign, content, and creative improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years in digital marketing, ad operations, performance marketing, or marketing technology support.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing digital campaigns.
- Experience in campaign tracking, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in consolidating data from multiple channels for analysis.
- Experience in preparing reports and presentation materials for stakeholders.
- Knowledge in Digital marketing campaign setup and optimization.
- Knowledge in Ad platforms: Meta, TikTok, Google.
- Knowledge in Tracking, UTM structure, pixel and conversion event setup.
- Knowledge in Attribution flow and campaign performance analysis.
- Knowledge in Digital marketing tools such as AppsFlyer, CleverTap, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and reporting dashboards.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
