JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the preparation and review of daily and periodic business unit (BU) performance reports.
- Provide in-depth financial and business analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations to Heads of BU/Product and senior stakeholders.
- Identify data abnormalities, drive data automation initiatives, and ensure high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and business relevance across all reports.
- Actively support business strategy formulation through advanced financial modeling and performance analysis.
- Monitor business performance against strategic plans and proactively highlight risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Partner closely with Business Intelligence (BI), Operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure consistency and reliability of reporting data.
- Lead reconciliation and validation processes to maintain data integrity across multiple systems.
- Take ownership of revenue analysis, business case evaluation, P&L analysis, and balance sheet review.
- Provide timely and insightful financial information to support management decision-making.
- Oversee the compilation and analysis of commercial data to support business initiatives and performance reviews.
- Ensure data alignment, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms.
- Play a key role in designing, enhancing, and maintaining dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Translate business requirements into meaningful visualizations and analytical outputs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance Accounting, Business Analytics, Commercial Data/Reporting, or performance management roles.
- Strong experience in banking, financial services, e-commerce, or products/services industries is preferred.
- Solid understanding of business operations, products, and value drivers.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial data.
- Proven ability to manage complex tasks, tight deadlines, and competing priorities.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
