JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform and handle customer deposit and withdrawal at the counter with safe and accurate handling money
  • Handle bill payment, exchange money, clear check, and other services related to cash transactions
  • Attend to customers’ queries on bank various financial products and services transaction
  • Transfer money both local and international for customers
  • Perform end of day cash balancing and vouchers.
  • Perform filling for all documents on front line transaction
  • Promote the Bank’s products and services to create the brand awareness and customer traffic

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree Finance and banking, accounting or any relevant
  • 2 or 3 years in relevant working experience
  • Responsible for handling customer transaction
  • Customer Service
  • Cash Management
  • Computer: Word, Excel, internet, outlook, other
  • Language: English/ Chinese
