JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand and interpret business analysis reports, KPIs, and performance metrics relevant to master agents.
  • Analyze sales, operational, and agent performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Read, monitor, and interpret dashboards to track performance against targets and business objectives.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and insights to support management and master agent decision-making.
  • Utilize datas to analyze and present data effectively.
  • Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Support master agents by providing data-driven feedback and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, Finance) to align data insights with business strategies.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in reports and dashboards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong business analysis and analytical thinking skills.
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation tools.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
