MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and implement training plans and materials.
- Coordinate with leadership to align training objectives with business goals.
- Document and report on training activities and progress.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and metrics to track agent performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to agents and team leaders.
- Deliver onboarding and refresher training for new and existing agents.
- Ensure training content is aligned with product updates and business needs.
- Prepare detailed performance reports for senior management.
- Highlight key insights and recommend areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure agents and retail lending teams are trained on new products and services.
- Identify skill and knowledge gaps within the retail lending team.
- Work with the credit training team to develop or source appropriate training solutions.
- Coach and mentor training team members.
- Build team capacity and support career development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Pedagogy, or Human Resources Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, performance management, or sales training.
- Proven experience in training delivery, course design, and public speaking.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration mindset.
