MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and implement training plans and materials.
  • Coordinate with leadership to align training objectives with business goals.
  • Document and report on training activities and progress.
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and metrics to track agent performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to agents and team leaders.
  • Deliver onboarding and refresher training for new and existing agents.
  • Ensure training content is aligned with product updates and business needs.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports for senior management.
  • Highlight key insights and recommend areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure agents and retail lending teams are trained on new products and services.
  • Identify skill and knowledge gaps within the retail lending team.
  • Work with the credit training team to develop or source appropriate training solutions.
  • Coach and mentor training team members.
  • Build team capacity and support career development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Pedagogy, or Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, performance management, or sales training.
  • Proven experience in training delivery, course design, and public speaking.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities.
  • Leadership and people management skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration mindset.
