Job Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor Bank’s source & use of Fund
- Prepare cash flow projection and other reports upon request for Management Team
- Manage Bank’s fund in an effective and efficient way to maximize income
- Engage with FIs for MM placement & borrowing
- Build & maintain strong relationship with interbank, counterparties and impact overseas investors
- Process and monitor MM Limit with FIs
- Monitor LCR ratio & other statutory & interest requirement & do the simulation as necessary
- Process for onboarding and ongoing counterparties due diligence
- Conduct a regular interest rate survey in market
- Prepare & review Treasury policies & procedure
- Manage Nostro/Vostro account relationship
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance area
- At least 4 years’ experience in treasury, or finance or related field
- Knowledge of and experience of working in treasury functions
- Good communication Skills; both verbal and written in English
- Strong social skills with the demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationship
- Advance level of MS Office; especially MS Excel
