The Manager – Gamification & Engagement will be responsible for designing and executing gamified experiences, loyalty programs, and digital engagement initiatives that drive deeper user interaction with the bank’s mobile app. The role focuses on building habit-forming experiences, enhancing daily/weekly active usage, and improving customer retention through behavioral nudges and rewards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Gamification Strategy & Execution: Growth roadmap delivery; Acquisition. Clean, psychology-based UX
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Campaign ROI ≥ 30%
  • Reward & Loyalty Program Management: Validate the rewards and onboard best rewards and merchants – Ensure minimum 2000 conversions per day
  • Engagement Architecture: Design the architecture to have highest engagement
  • Cross-functional Program Management: Team KPIs achievement; cross-functional alignment
  • Analytics & User Feedback: Insight-driven decision rate; data dashboard usage

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Game Design, UX Design, or related field.
  • Certifications in Gamification, Behavioral Economics, or Digital Marketing are a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in user engagement, gamification, digital loyalty, or retention programs.
  • Experience in fintech, e-commerce, gaming, telecom, or consumer apps is highly desirable.
  • Good understanding of game mechanics, user motivation models, and behavioral design frameworks (e.g., Hooked Model, BJ Fogg’s Behavior Model).
  • Experience designing challenges, streaks, leaderboards, missions, and reward systems.
  • Ability to use user data and feedback to iterate features and improve engagement.
  • Creative thinker with analytical skills to measure what works.
  • Familiarity with tools like CleverTap, Firebase, or similar platforms is a plus.
