The Senior UX/UI Specialist is responsible for leading the design and enhancement of user experience across digital platforms, ensuring intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on design expertise to translate user needs and business goals into seamless digital interactions. By applying user-centered design principles, usability testing, and design systems, the specialist drives innovation, consistency, and engagement across products, contributing to the organization’s digital excellence and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with a lot of consumer products and internal portals occasionally
- Work closely with product team to ensure the requirements and journey are fully covered in design
- Ensure that deliverables are up to standard and easily understood by others.
- Collaborate with other designers to do peer reviews
- Managing your own responsibilities with minimum supervision
- Conduct Usability Tests when needed.
Job Requirement
- Minimum of 3 Years working as UX designer
- A Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design skills on the expected level
- Resumes will not be considered without an accompanying portfolio
- Bachelor Degree in IT or design-related field is a plus
- Complete proficiency in basic design principles
- Basic understanding of design system is a plus
- Basic understanding of any design framework is a plus
- Banking background is a plus
- Understand motion design or animation with professional tools such as spline, after effect or blender is a huge plus
