Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for transaction banking products.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
- Support on boarding and implementation of solutions for new and existing clients.
- Develop and execute transaction banking strategies aligned with corporate banking goals.
- Identify market opportunities and client needs to grow product penetration and wallet share.
- Lead client pitches and product demonstrations to support relationship managers.
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff and relationship managers on transaction banking solutions.
- Foster a collaborative environment across departments to ensure seamless client service.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 2 years of experience in transaction banking or corporate banking.
- Strong knowledge of cash management, trade finance, and payment systems.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
