Wing Bank is pleased to announce that our airport ATMs have been relocated from Phnom Penh International Airport (PPIA) to the new Techo International Airport (KTI). 

On Friday, 29 August 2025, the ATMs previously located in the Arrival Hall at PPIA was successfully moved to the Arrival Hall at Techo International Airport. To further enhance convenience, two ATMs will now be available at the new airport—one located in the Arrival area and another in the Departure area. Both machines are scheduled to be fully operational on Friday, 5 September 2025. 

This relocation reflects Wing Bank’s commitment to providing better access and more services for travelers and officers at Cambodia’s new international gateway.
