Wing Bank Hosts Blood Donation Events, Health Fairs, and Launching a New Fitness Center for Employees

In celebration of World Health Day 2025, Wing Bank is uniting its employees for a blood donation drive and health fair while unveiling a state-of-the-art fitness center at its iconic tower in the heart of Phnom Penh.

In partnership with Cambodia’s National Blood Transfusion Center (NBTC), Wing Bank is hosting a blood donation event to encourage employees to support patients in urgent need of medical care.

“I’m deeply grateful to our employees for their heartfelt commitment to the community,” said Dr. Dmytro Kolechko, CEO of Wing Bank. “Every drop donated creates a ripple of hope for those in need.”

Recent media reports emphasize the urgency, in Cambodia, one unit of blood is needed every five minutes to save a life. Public hospitals in Phnom Penh require 300 to 350 units daily, with nationwide demand reaching approximately 143,143 units daily. However, the NBTC currently meets only 75% of this need, highlighting the importance of initiatives like Wing Bank’s.

Alongside the donation drive, Wing Bank is hosting a vibrant health fair to provide employees with direct access to top medical experts from leading healthcare institutions.

New Fitness Center Unveiled

As part of its vision to build a healthier workforce, Wing Bank has unveiled a newly constructed fitness center on the 6th floor of its headquarters. This innovative facility offers employees free access to a premium gym and relaxing yoga classes after working hours.

Designed with both aesthetics and functionality in mind, the fitness center features high-quality cardio machines, strength-training equipment, and a tranquil yoga studio with panoramic views of Phnom Penh.

Spacious lockers, sleek washrooms, and a cozy relaxation space elevate the experience—creating an inviting fitness hub. Natural light, calming colors, and motivational décor combine to promote mindfulness and encourage employees to prioritize their health.

More Than Just a Workplace

Wing Bank Tower also offers a variety of amenities that enhance the workday experience. These include two Coffee Hub outlets—one on the ground floor and another on an upper level—as well as a food court serving nutritious and affordable meals.

Each floor of the tower features a fully stocked pantry and a relaxation lounge, ensuring convenience and comfort for all employees throughout the day.

With a nationwide workforce of over 3,000 people—nearly 40% of whom are women—Wing Bank fosters a diverse and dynamic community.
